I lead retreats and classes that teach and support you to live a healthier life. I incorporate current research with yoga therapy techniques into a program that works to make lifestyle changes exciting and fun.
My goal with this website is to provide you with usable tips for creating a happier and healthier lifestyle and information about upcoming classes and retreats.
I do not offer a “system”, I offer principles. Principles do not change, they may expand with new information but they have stood the test of time. I draw from ancient teachings, what I have witnessed over the years, and it is all informed by current research.

Classes and Retreats: My biggest joy and passion is working directly with people to create healthy, meaning-filled lifestyles. I offer workshops that focus on the most important tools and principles. Harness the power of positive groups. Get away from it all and take a little time to reset yourself and your life. You’ll learn simple, powerful skills for transformation.
Like a good coach, I teach you what is important and what is not. I’ll show you how to apply effort to the right tasks and how to ask better questions. I will remind you to believe in yourself, to laugh instead of cry, and to make this journey fun.
Why do you want to change, what is the purpose? May I suggest that caring for oneself is an act of love. Not just towards yourself but the people whose lives you touch. How do we become bigger people, happier people, who feel full of energy, love and compassion for others. Well, first we have to find ways to get ourselves healthy.
